Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 29, 2026

Your privacy is critically important to us. At AlphaFox, we have a few fundamental principles:

We only collect personal information that is necessary for providing and improving our service to you.

We aim to make it as simple as possible for you to control what information on the website is shared publicly (or kept private), indexed by search engines, and permanently deleted.

We strive to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

AlphaFox operates the website alphafox.app. It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, AlphaFox collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how AlphaFox's visitors use its website.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to AlphaFox's websites choose to interact in ways that require AlphaFox to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that AlphaFox gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we may collect your email address when you create an account, authentication identifiers from supported sign-in providers, and operational data needed to provide trading tools, notifications, and account support.

Analytics and Session Replay

We use third-party product analytics services (Google Analytics 4 and PostHog) to understand acquisition sources, page usage, and how product flows perform. These services record page views and interaction events such as clicks, together with approximate technical details like browser and device type.

When analytics is allowed, we send an available real account email to PostHog only as the identified person's profile property for display. It is not included in behavioral events or session replay data and is not sent to Google Analytics 4; provider-generated placeholder addresses, such as Telegram or X login addresses, are excluded.

When analytics is allowed, PostHog records a daily sample of sessions, focusing on authentication and account-connection flows to diagnose usability issues. Session replays capture page content and the values you enter so the recorded flow can be reviewed; administrative, security and credential-management pages are excluded from recording, and network request headers and bodies are never recorded.

Product analytics is enabled by default. You can reject analytics at any time under "Analytics preferences" in the footer; once rejected, the services above stop recording your usage. Advertising storage stays disabled.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by AlphaFox and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, AlphaFox may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in AlphaFox's sole discretion.
