Notification Settings

Notification settings control where messages go: your account-level notification channels and dedicated Telegram alerts. Open it from avatar (top right) → Notification settings. For a first-time setup, follow Configure Notifications; this page explains each setting.
Notifications inbox vs. Notification settings
The User Center has two neighboring pages:

Messages still appear in the Notifications inbox even if you configure no channel. Entries tagged From AlphaFox come from the platform; Important and Urgent entries deserve a look first. Click Load more at the bottom for older messages.
Notification channels

The Telegram channel and the Telegram login method are the same binding. Linking Telegram under Security also creates and enables this channel, and unlinking Telegram disables it.
Saving and testing
- For a webhook channel, turn on Enable channel before you can fill it in.
- On first save, click Save & test: AlphaFox sends a test message and enables the channel only after the provider accepts it.
- To change a saved channel, click Edit. Leave the webhook URL or signing secret blank to keep the saved value; entering a new one replaces it and retests.
- Once a channel is enabled, click Send test anytime to confirm it still delivers.
Channel statuses

| Test failed | The test message was not delivered; check the URL and secret, then save again |
| Enabled / Disabled | The channel switch; only enabled channels receive pushes |
Dedicated Telegram alerts
Besides the main bot, you can route three alert types to their own Telegram alert bots:

Bind the main bot first
The AlphaFox Telegram Bot channel above must be bound and enabled. Otherwise the alert cards show Bind and enable the Main Telegram Bot above first.
Open in Telegram
On the alert card you want, click Open in Telegram. Main Bot opens first.
Send /start
Follow Main Bot’s link to the alert bot and send /start. The card switches to Enabled.
To stop an alert type, click Disable on its card.
What uses these channels
- Strategy notifications: each strategy picks channels and events under Notification config, either while you create it or on its detail page. Only configured and enabled channels can be selected; see Configure Notifications.
- Platform messages: messages in the Notifications inbox are also pushed to enabled channels.
Plans cap push volume: Plus allows 100 messages a day, and Pro and Pro Max are unlimited. See Membership.
