Added the API-key signal-source entry: supported live trading accounts can now set an hourly price and publish a signal source during creation.

Published bilingual risk notices covering backtest, paper, live, copy-trading, public-performance, exchange/API, and loss boundaries.
Removed invented performance values from the home-page strategy fallback; unavailable public data now stays unavailable.
Clarified that paper trading uses virtual funds and does not eliminate market-data, model, or execution risk.
