First Template Strategy
Published Jun 22, 2026 · Updated Sep 6, 2026
The former in-site chat generator has been retired. For a first strategy, use a supported template in Strategy development → Classic builder. If you need a documented command line workflow, install the AlphaFox CLI. An Agent can call supported CLI commands, but AlphaFox does not promise arbitrary source generation or deployment.
Create a template strategy
Choose a template
Open Strategy development → Classic builder, choose a supported category such as Grid, DCA, Trend, or Copy, and read the template’s parameter descriptions.
Configure the market and risk
Choose the symbol, timeframe, connection, position sizing, and stop loss or take profit. Keep defaults for a first run and review the billing preview before creating it.
Validate on paper
Create a Paper Trading connection, create the strategy, and let it run long enough to inspect orders, positions, events, and drawdown.
Backtest before running
Use Web Engine Backtest at the backtest page for supported templates. A backtest is evidence about historical behavior, not a promise of future returns.
