Configure Notifications

Strategies run 24/7 while you don’t. Push fills, SL/TP, and failures to Telegram so nothing important slips by.
Two layers: account-level channels (where messages go), then per-strategy events (what gets pushed).
Step 1: bind Telegram (recommended)
Open Notification settings
Account Center → Notification settings.
Bind the Bot
On the Telegram card click Bind—the official Bot opens; hit Start in the chat.
Send a test
Back on the page, enable the channel and click Send test.
Feishu, WeCom, and DingTalk work too: create a group bot and paste its webhook URL. Saving sends a test; the channel enables once the provider accepts.
Step 2: pick events per strategy
In the create flow’s last step, or Notifications on the strategy detail page:
| Event | Advice |
|---|---|
| Failed / exchange error | Always on—know immediately |
| Order filled | Recommended—a record per trade |
| Take profit / stop loss | Recommended |
| Started / stopped | Optional |
| Equity threshold | Optional |
Optional: platform subscriptions
Under Notification settings you can also subscribe to the leaderboard daily digest, a KOL’s summaries, or a signal source’s trades.
Delivery is best-effort—provider rate limits can delay or drop messages. For money decisions, trust the in-product order and event records.
