Configure Notifications

Your strategies run around the clock, and you will not be watching all the time. Two steps get important events—failures, take-profit, stop-loss—to Telegram or a team chat:
- Connect an account-level channel in avatar (top right) → Notification settings (where messages go).
- Pick the events each strategy sends (what gets pushed).
Step 1: connect Telegram (recommended)
Bind
On the AlphaFox Telegram Bot card in Notification settings, click Bind. A new tab opens the official AlphaFox bot.
Tap Start in the bot
Tap Start in the Telegram chat. Back on the page, the card shows a Bound target once connected, and the channel is enabled automatically.
Send a test
Click Send test. A test message in Telegram means it works.
If you already linked Telegram under Security, this channel was created and enabled automatically—just send a test.
Feishu, WeCom, or DingTalk instead
- Add a custom bot to the group and copy its webhook URL. Feishu and DingTalk signed bots also give you a signing secret.
- On the matching card in Notification settings, turn on Enable channel, then fill in Display name and Webhook URL. Put any signing secret in Signing secret.
- Click Save & test. AlphaFox first sends a test message to the group; the channel is enabled only after the provider accepts it, and the status shows Verified. If it shows Test failed, check the URL and secret and save again.
Step 2: pick events per strategy
You can set this in two places:
- While creating: in Strategy → Create strategy, the last step, Review, has an optional notification configuration where you pick channels and events. You can create the strategy without choosing a channel.
- After creating: open the strategy from Strategy → My strategies, click Notification config, turn on Enable Trader notifications, choose Notification channels and Message types, then click Save notification config.
Only channels that are configured and enabled can be selected. With notifications on, pick at least one channel and one message type.

When you create a strategy, all of these events start selected. The form shows four first—failed, stopped, take profit, stop loss—and the rest sit under More events.
Optional: split alerts by type
To get order, Cookie status, and error alerts in separate Telegram chats, turn them on under Dedicated Telegram alerts in Notification settings. See Notification Settings.
Troubleshooting
No channel to pick in a strategy’s notification config? The channel is not configured or is disabled. Go back to Notification settings, make sure the card shows Enabled, then click Refresh channels in the dialog.
Nothing happens when you click Bind? Your browser blocked the new tab. Allow pop-ups and retry, or link Telegram with a binding code under Security.
