The checklist
Try BTCUSDT
Majors fine → your symbol is obscure/new/delisted with thin history. Majors also blank → keep going.
Try a shorter interval
New symbol + daily candles = barely any bars. Switch to 15 minutes to confirm.
Check the network
Refresh; verify exchange domains are reachable (some networks block them); disable WebSocket-blocking extensions or proxies; cross-check in another browser.
The Spread monitor’s “market data connection issue” banner and Funding radar load failures share the same causes—browser-to-exchange connectivity.
Empty signal panel
- Hit retry;
- Loosen the source filters—there may genuinely be no signals;
- Your own sources dry? Check credential status in Copy Signal Management.

Report the symbol, interval, range, and behavior (blank / error / loading).
