Missing Market Data

Chart blank, showing “Chart temporarily unavailable”, or stuck loading? AlphaFox candles are requested by your browser directly from exchanges’ public market-data APIs, so most problems come from the symbol, the network, or your region. The Trading Terminal price chart shows Hyperliquid markets only. Go to Trade.
What do the chart messages mean?

How do you narrow it down?
Try a major market
Switch to BTC in the Trading Terminal, or BTCUSDT on other charts. If that works, the original symbol is new, illiquid, or delisted and simply has little history. If BTC is blank too, keep going.
Try a shorter interval
A new coin on the daily chart may have only a few candles and look empty. Switch to 15 minutes to confirm.
Check the network and browser
Reload the page; make sure your network can reach exchange domains; disable browser extensions or proxies that may block WebSockets; compare in another browser.
What if a Trading Terminal panel is empty?
- Leader signals showing a message like “No lead trader traded BTC in the last 24h” means there really were no signals in that window; it is not a fault. Change the coin or widen “Filter lead traders”.
- KOL intel showing “No KOL intel for BTC yet”: switch the scope to “All coins”.
- If a panel shows “Failed to load. Try again later.” or a Retry button, click Retry.
- If a signal source you connected yourself shows no data, check that it is still healthy in Copy Signal Management.
